Spring Update

Castle Hill Cider is shifting its operational model to focus on more intimate, niche experiences which allow guests to dive deeper into the world of fine cider and wine. To service these experiences, our Tasting Room will be open by reservation only for groups of 10+ (request via Tock link below). Beginning in May, we will announce two days per month in which we will be open to the public for bottle service only - details and dates to be announced. Additionally, we will continue to organize and host large scale events throughout the year such as Daze of Rosé and 231 Fest, among others. As always, cider is available to order online with shipping provided via UPS.
