A fresh take on a celebrated classic, this 2021 vintage highlights our orchard’s bounty by featuring a blend of four cider apples. Often referred to as our “Goldilocks” cider, Serendipity is not too dry and not too sweet, but a delicious and refreshing balance of the two.

Arresting Fermentation and Serendipity
A note from the cider maker:
To achieve the fruit-forward Serendipity, we arrest the fermentation at precisely the right moment – before all of the natural sugar has been converted to alcohol. This process creates a fresh fruit character that cannot be garnered from back sweetening a cider once it has gone completely dry. Once the fermentation has been arrested, a cross-flow-filtration process removes the yeast.
